  • Assisting management with tasks
  • Managing calls & general telephonic support
  • E-mail communication
  • Minute taking
  • Account management

Job Requirments:

  • Well organized and prompt
  • Fully literate
  • Well presented in person and over the phone
  • Excellent time management skils

Education and/or Experience:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Min. 2 years’ experience
  • Clear working history
  • Excellent computer and typing skills – Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Must have own transport
  • Excellent command of the English language (Written and Speaking)
  • Job Type: Contract
